To Participate in the "Virtual PRR"

To be considered for inclusion in this virtual system, prospective layouts must meet the following criteria:

Model prototypical locales in a manner that provides the "look and feel" of the actual location(s).
Model in HO or N scale.
Layouts need not be complete. However, they must be beyond paper state and at least be under construction.
Have the layout's official web site served at http://kc.pennsyrr.com/layouts/. Hosting at this site is required due to some proprietary code that will be implemented on the web page(s). This service bears no cost.
On-site visitation for inspection, verification, and photography (no rivet counting!).

We reserve all rights to determine whose layouts (or portions of layouts) depict various areas of the "PRR Virtual Layout". Over time, we may update these assignments as member layouts are dismantled or improved, or as other layouts become available for participation. "Implied" but unmodeled locations between two modeled locations may still be credited to a specific layout given there are no alternative layouts that do model the area in question. Staging yards will not be considered as modeled areas.
