The Pennsy was published by the PRR from 1952 thru 1068 for its employees and the public.
The first issue was in June, 1952, and it was published monthly through 1953. It 1954 it was reduced to 11 issues per year, with July and August combined. In 1958, it changed to bimonthly. In 1964, it was reduced to four issues (March-April, May-June, July-Aug, and Sept-Oct), then it was further cheapened with the move to a semimonthly tabloid, which continued to the PRR-NYC merger. The last issue was dated Feb. 1, 1968
