Ken Rideout's Juniata Line

Contact: Ken Rideout.

Ken Rideout's Juniata Line depits the PRR's four-track mainline on its climb from Altoona, around Horseshoe Curve, and on to Cresson. The track work accurately models the PRR's plant in this area, and includes such features as the helper turning loop at Gallitzin, the H&P "flying junction", tge "slide" near Gallitzin, and of course Horseshoe Curve. The Juniata Line is controlled by Digitrax DCC wireless. The track work is in place and about 50% of the scenery is complete.
