I am still gathering definitive information, but freight schedules were initially published through General Order 234-B. An "Appendix" to the same document contained local freight schedules and were commonly issued on a regional basis. In later years, the "Through Freight Train Schedules Between Principal Points" document appears. It seems to be an abridged version of the 234-B and does not contain any local freight service information.
